JK Subaru's Dealership Showroom and Service Center Are OPEN

First and foremost, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and staff. As a business, JK Subaru is taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting our customers' needs.

We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.

Our steps include:

  • Thorough sanitization of all customer vehicles brought in for service and thorough sanitization of all vehicles available for sale at our dealership
  • Daily cleanings of all dealership facilities
  • Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site
  • Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well
  • Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers

We will be adjusting schedules and operations for some of our staff to ensure that we stay well and can continue serving our customers efficiently. These schedule adjustments should have minimal impact on our in-store operations.

Helping Our Customers

We want our customers to feel safe when working with us. Our website is a helpful resource for finding service and parts information and communicating directly with the dealership. We are offering vehicle pick-up and delivery services (by appointment) for our service customers. A certified staff member will pick up your vehicle and return it to your home after the service has been performed. All vehicles will be sanitized during the pick up and delivery process.

If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, we encourage you to utilize the research information, vehicle inventory and finance tools right here on our website. We will deliver vehicles on our lot directly to you to test drive at home. A member of our sales staff will walk you through the car buying process online or over the phone. The entire car buying process can be completed without ever stepping foot inside of our showroom.
